HR said this must be equally distributed and no one regardless of gender can be “exposing” themselves (the nipples). I am a woman and I see my males colleagues’ nipples everyday. What can I do to make this as annoying as possible for management? Edit : I’m not exposing myself my nipples are just showing through my shirt just as a mans do when I get cold. I don’t see the men’s literal nipple just through the shirt
