Work makes the world go round, and shitty bosses can be avoided

I'm not saying work for slave wages or put up with shitty bosses. But I really hope everyone in this sub finds a job they love and a boss who respects them, because they're both out there. A person isn't automatically shitty because they are a manager. Managers can learn from you if you are direct and honest when necessary. Every manager started working as an employee too (with a few exceptions). We ALL utilize services of working persons, whether it's the person who stocks the shelves at your local grocery, or the driver of your public transport, etc. Everyone deserves respect in the workplace from their superiors, coworkers, and customers. But not every job is shitty, which seems to be a theme here very often. And not every business owner is evil. If we all approached every business owner with that mentality, we will be left with nothing but…
