Husband is currently working at a copper plant. OT is primarily based on seniority with the company and they're bad about not making people tell them with decent time. What's bad is because of this he'll have streaks of no weekends and with that we made plans for this weekend. The company is supposed to tell his shift before he goes in by policy but 90% of the time nothing is said when they drag on about working because federal minimum is 8 hrs.
