I personally work 70-85 hours a week which is torture but it’s doable. 40 hours ain’t bad, I’ve done it. I think it’s fine. If I could work 40 hours a week and make what I make now with the same benefits id be happy, I feel like most people could be happier if we were just paid more with benefits etc. I don’t know if less hours is the problem. The pay rate is the biggest problem if you ask me. Why is 40 hours such an issue for people?
