Essentially what the title says. My job, after three years here, is trying to force everyone to use retinal scanners (made by Paychex) to log when they get to work, when they go to lunch, etc. This would still be an issue but not as big of a one if they had given us a heads up and sent out new written policy or contracts. However they haven’t done any of that. They just installed the machines over the weekend without telling anyone and now they’re saying everyone has to be scanned and get set up.
Is there anything I can do? I live in the south and work for a law firm if that helps.
(Also, I recently started sending out my resume and applying for a new job but I’m worried about what could happen in the interim)
