My brother got me a job, I had just moved to the state and was searching around until he offered me this gig. The pay is great. It's only 10 employees but he's the 3rd in charged.
At first it was fine, me and him never got along really since he has a temper. Months passed and now he gets drunks at work and gets angry. It's become a nightmare. He's in charge of us since the other two are regional managers (franchise).
When he gets drunk he tries to fight everyone and has gone to the point where he has hit 3 of us and even has gone to choked one of the employees over allegations of rumors which aren't true. When he thinks hes right thats it. He's fine when he's sober but it's the point where he feels untouchable and loses control.
He's always telling everyone to fight him and everyone is pretty passive plus we are much younger than him. So we kind of just try to stay quiet and avoid him. Should I report him? I'm his brother and spoken to him about it but he doesn't stop. He just states we should stick up and fight back. I feel the answer is obvious but I don't know if I should pull the trigger.
We have cameras at work and I'm sure these incidents have been captured and the top two has access to the cameras.
