Worked nights entire career – expect me to switch to early mornings for three weeks of training

I work for a major corporation and I’ve worked evenings or nights my entire career with them. I’ve never started earlier than 4pm. This works perfectly for me because I’m a night owl and sleep during the day. I currently work 23:30-08:00 with Sunday and Monday off. It’s perfect. No complaints. The next phase of my career has a training class from 10/03-10/21…and it starts at 7am and is Monday through Friday. I emailed them politely going wtf are you lunatics insane that’s impossible. I can’t do it. They suggested attempting to get Saturday off by trading or if they offer voluntary time off taking that, get plenty of rest on Sunday as “it may take several days for your body to adjust” and…drink water. I told them I would be speaking with my manager but if necessary I would withdraw myself from the position as I am simply unable…

I’m about to go off on someone honestly. I’m not risking my health and well being over this. You didn’t even consider the night shift people when you scheduled this clearly. And you don’t give a fuck either.
