I'm a cnc machinist in north eastern Ohio and I work my ass off ten hour days at the minimum 13 hours at max and I can't seem to gain any traction I get paid 16 dollars an hour and just received my “raise” for the year totalling a whopping 48 cents an hour I can't keep working here and don't know what to do I have mechanical and machining Backround but everywhere I've worked pays just as terrible if not worse how can people even survive
