I cannot understand why a home on average costs $300,000.00. Most work 9 to 5 jobs earning 12 to 18 a hour.
Even at 18 a hour You're looking at about $3,200 a month
Imagine trying to make house payment & pay bills & have 30 years to have to slave to pay for that house.
Once the house gets paid for if ever you make it that far
it's going to be old & need a lot of repairs.
Anyone else feel a home should only cost at most 2 years salary??
If that were the case that 18 a hour worker would have a new home for about $70,000.00
At least them there is a possibly of the American dream for us.
