Lasy May I started working as an hourly employee thru a staffing agency. I was told it was a 6 month contract then I would be hired by the client full time. October comes around and I ask the staffing agency if I would be hired full time by the company they have me working at. Then they tell me I' ll be hired full time after the new year. Here we are well into March and I'm still working hourly.
They keep stringing me along. Why do they keep moving the target? I'm starting to wonder if they knew from the very beginning that I wouldn't be hired by their client full time.
What is going on here? Why are they doing this?
