Working at sub way with no pay, today I got called in to work for 13 hours I’m 17 and I I’m pretty sure both those things are illegal

I'm planning on calling the department of labor tomorrow, I tried calling today but it was closed, I was hired as a trainee but the managaer left and told me to use her pin to clock out after that she left, and I dont get paid at all expect the small tips I get
