I work at this kennel since 2 weeks, had only a small basic training, and after a couple days I started opening and closing alone.
I work 10-12 hours and get up at 4 am for this. I did put a lot of effort in.Once I did not get dog food out of the fridge and got yelled at for it (no body told me to do that), my boss threw emptry boxes around the room because he was so angry.
Then says my work is not good enough, but he is not even there and seems happy with leaving me alone in the kennel for all day.
When trying to tank about it he just avoids me.
Now he put me only until wednesday on the rooster and tells me it is because someone else comes back from holiday and he wants to see if I improve.

How should I respond and tell him something like:
I put a lot of effort in what you now, I do not want to be taken advantage of and if you are not happy with me I do not come back to work tomorrow because I want to be treated with respect.
