Working conditions in 3rd world country

I'm from a 3rd world country and I'm appalled by working conditions in US because my country have better working conditions then USA. Working hours: 40H/week 1500 per month basic minimum wage not including allowance such as housing allowance, cost of living allowance and etc. Yearly increment but the rate based on Grade. Overtime allowance: Double pay during public holiday. 14- 40 days yearly leave based on Grade and duration of service (not including 18 days public holidays) 3 months paternity leave for women and 1 week paternity leave for men. 30 days paid sick leave (1 year for cancer related illness) Paid study leave No income tax for yearly basic income less than 35K (allowances are not taxable) Universal healthcare Student loan: 1% interest PA that can turn into scholarship for excellent students Employment injury scheme: maximum 19.75 per months paid by employee and maximum 69.05 paid by employer…
