- Yearly increment but the rate based on Grade.
- Overtime allowance: Double pay during public holiday.
- 14- 40 days yearly leave based on Grade and duration of service (not including 18 days public holidays)
- 3 months paternity leave for women and 1 week paternity leave for men.
- 30 days paid sick leave (1 year for cancer related illness)
- Paid study leave
- No income tax for yearly basic income less than 35K (allowances are not taxable)
- Universal healthcare
- Student loan: 1% interest PA that can turn into scholarship for excellent students
- Employment injury scheme: maximum 19.75 per months paid by employee and maximum 69.05 paid by employer
- Employees provident fund similar to 401k: 11% from employee salary and 13% from employer.
