working from home has been a drag

To give more context, I accepted a job offer from an IT company to work from home. Sounds neet right? An incident report manager, and the likes. The key details; The position isnt even manager as some may think, in fact it is the opposite. Glorified note takers and secretarial work(I wouldnt mind it if it was a different title) but there was expectations and I was clear on the expectations and got on board. •Then the beaurocratic bs that goes down has grinded me down so bad, despite being in an isolated roon/office space. Home has become an extension of said office. There is so many details to remember and expected to do, like terms and such. And things that are out of my control as engineer assignments but will get blasted by it. Had a meeting where the account manager was “not to blame or point at anyone”…

•Then the beaurocratic bs that goes down has grinded me down so bad, despite being in an isolated roon/office space. Home has become an extension of said office. There is so many details to remember and expected to do, like terms and such. And things that are out of my control as engineer assignments but will get blasted by it. Had a meeting where the account manager was “not to blame or point at anyone” when the examples used were from me in contrast to two other more experienced. It felt horrible. And it has happened several times already.

•my previous job at a vet clinic though not the best never did this to anyone unless some serious medical errors occurred(but that one is understandable)

The takeaway is I can't just jump ship, because I need the money, it is like a trap, and family have told me when I have mentioned how I feel about this how “gotta stay loyal to the company” bs line. I may just put my 2 weeks in, and start job hunting for some vet field job more. Since I at least felt better overall satisfaction working at a vet clinic
