Work recently put out a raise for growing business and doing well. We were told this was supposed to take effect in January but it finally went through now in March. I go inside and see $.50 cent raise an hour and no further info on if we’re getting retro pay on the past 2 months of checks. So now a late raise with nothing to compensate for being late. Idk if I’m looking for advice or just venting into the ether, I’m just frustrated at this point.
