I handed in my 1 month notice last week. Boss is upset that I didn’t take a counteroffer matching the money (15% raise).l but with HUGE additional responsibilities. I shrug it off, and actually put in some crazy hard work this past week.
Boss called me in today ‘How come you are buzzing this past week and surpassing expectations left right and centre?’
