Working in a dealership

Working at a car dealership is a pain because of many reasons. The pay plans have been cut heavily and they treat you like the cocaine-fueled 1980s because the industry hasn't grown up and still does all the tricks they used to. Yesterday I had a woman come in very drunk and stumbling while she sipped on her “coffee”. I had to redirect the conversation to her not needing a new car and overstimulate her with as many cars as I could show her to stop her from taking a test drive with me. Management looks down on bad reviews. She showed me how 'someone else ran into her' on her trade-in which looked more like hitting a small object like a pole rather than a full-sized Sedan as stated.

The 3 tent circus was in town to make her feel helped but also to have her leave without her knowing.

I am trying to build my start-up to hurt the industry in secret which is fun.
