I had a interview a little over 3 weeks ago that went very well in-which they said they were on about a 2 week timeline to fill the position. I was emailed today about coming in for a working interview. I have never herd of this before, is this a common practice? Is this something I should be concerned about, does this raise any kind of red flag? I would have to take time off my current job to do this or possibly on a weekend if that is possible for the employer.
