This really hit my heart. Hormel workers would make enough to buy a house, take their kids on a two week vacation, with a stay at home parent.
Unions were a thing. Reagan set a tone to bust up unions.
And here we are. Management making hundreds times more than workers. Huge divide in income and the middle income households have been decimated.
Proud of those who fought through the strike and the sacrifices they took. More people need to know about those who did the right thing in striking.
