Workload is continuously increasing, can’t keep up

I am an intern (paid, but it’s minimum wage) for a small company, and I just needed to vent. Recently my workload has increased substantially- I’ve had to track down my responsibilities to begin with (management is supposed to send them to me and twice in a row hasn’t.) On top of all of my other responsibilities, I had to call 56 people in 3 hours yesterday. Now after having to hunt them down again- I have to call close to 100 people in 4 hours on top of everything else that I have to do. What should I do? I need this internship for a graduate program I’m interested in, but I also can’t keep up with their expectations, and certainly am no longer interested in going the extra mile.
