My office recently started using this app where everyone is required to give daily updates to the respective managers. I was having a great time so far, doing work at my own pace, delivering items at my own pace but on time whenever asked, this way I had days where I could just chill and do other household chores (thanks to WFH), but now because of this shitty “engagement initiative” of HR I will just be more anxious and then what not! Exactly why I am antiwork and will continue to be!
