Would $7-8billion be enough to end lobbyists?

Combined lobbyist spending as of 2021 what 3.71 billion give or take. Could a lobbyists firm be created with the explicit goal to end what it does itself. an anti lobbyists lobby if you will. Could we buy this government back if it's truly the money permeating and dictating politics and policy? Consumer debt is at 15-16 trillion, why not use that borrowing power collectively to simply out spend x2-3 fold? If a congressman or senator is only out for enrichment let's buy them out to enact policy to end this game all together. I don't what I'm talking about at all, these are just thoughts I have.
