I'm going to need a new job soon, and with that of course comes interviews. I had the thought to ask my interviewers what their policies are on mental health days, as I need them every so often (depression and anxiety are bitches), but I'm worried that asking may hurt my chances of getting whatever job I'm interviewing for. I'm worried their logic will be “well she's mentally ill so she won't have the energy to perform to our expectations” or whatever bs. I know that a place with logic like that is not a place I want to work at, but I don't have a whole lot of options where I live. Advice?
