would this qualify as a hostile work environment?

I work for a company that offers Emergenct time off, paid time off. But they also have black out periods and days that you can not miss, I have a child that has been sick here and there, I had 10 hours Eto and used it when I landed In The hospital, I always have dr.s notes for time I need to take off, (need to note they do not accept drs notes as an excuse to miss work) but since I have used my eto, they are constantly forcing me to make up time if I miss any, and if I don't make it up, I am being threatened with write ups and being fired. The thing is… if they didn't push so hard about me making up hours missed, I could have resolved my little ones sickness sooner and therefore be more productive, but instead I'm having to…

The thing is… if they didn't push so hard about me making up hours missed, I could have resolved my little ones sickness sooner and therefore be more productive, but instead I'm having to try and work to meet thier requirements and half ass taking care of my kid. I feel like I'm burning the candle on both ends…

Is this even legal?
