Would You Accept a 15% Raise to Go From WFH To Full In Office?

Basically the title, fully remote to fully in office for +15%, non negotiable. Assume the commute is a 20 min drive for the sake of argument. I asked a similar question a while ago but thought it would help if modified it, just to get an idea of if +15% is “worth it”
