My job pays reasonably well for what it is. Factory work, days only with a half day Friday and a generous amount of leave. But they treat us like s***. I'd happily take a (reasonable) pay cut for better conditions. After working numerous shitty jobs over the years I realised that money isn't really the be all and end all. Interested to hear other opinions.
