I currently work for 15.25$ an hour, entry level jobs top out at the higher end about 19$ here. (minimum wage is 7.25$ here still in my state & area)
I’m getting a little burnt out as I’ve been working full time with no vacation or break at the same place for over 2 years.
My relatives urge me to stay because they say jobs like this, especially entry level are quite rare to be this laid back. I go days without speaking sometimes and work completely alone. (also helps the job is 1 mile away).
Should I stay or leave ?
