We had our annual company wide call yesterday. They were very excited to announce that we exceeded all of our 2021 performance goals and we exceeded our profit expectations by nearly 20%. They were also very excited to announce that raises were approved and we would be contacted by our supervisor to discuss our raises today. I was pretty excited and relieved. Well, I got my raise today-2% pay increase and a pat on the back. Also, they announced last month that we are returning to the office full time after two years of WFH. This will not even pay for the my commute.
TL;DR: got a 2% raise and lost money
