First of all the job is advertised as 9 – 5 but in reality its 9 – 9 , yeah get that 12 fricking hours , and the weekends , you get clients calling you at the exact time you wake up , Saturday or Sunday you work for atleast 6 hours and don't even remind me of clients living in the western countries , they call us when during thier day time which ofcourse means that they are going to ruin our sleep bcoz ofc it's 12 midnight here , what's worse there is atleast this one guy in every team who needs to spoonfed.
