I just moved to NC & got a management position in retail. I work 10 hour shifts overnight & they only want me to give my associates & I a 30 minute lunch break. How are these laws acceptable in the US? (NC) If you want robots. Hire robots. We need breaks. On top of that my associates pay is maxed at 14.50 an hour so most of them are a dollar or two away from that. Overnight isn't just a job you can pick up you have to change your whole life's schedule. The pay isn't even worth showing up for.
