I am an Executive Assistant to three VP’s in a large healthcare system and found out today from other EA’s that the expected amount to spend on a holiday gift for each of my executives is $100. I don’t even crack $24/hour and … you can imagine that these executives make tons of money!
I am so offended that this is the culture. They literally do shit for me throughout the year while I bend over backwards to make sure they know where they are going everyday.
To be fair, I don’t think my actual executives expect this AND I refuse to be part of this but had to post because I’m so mad!
