I don't mind the long hours I'm not Gen-Z, and my paychecks are bank. Yet, when I want to take my two days off don't call me after having me work so much. Some family time at least……IDK maybe I should of went in nope I had stuff to do. At least my company will let a person work zero OT if they really don't want too. Yet when they really really really need people. Those are the ones that should fill the gaps. Not the all day boomer workers.
