So here’s the thing. That title is misleading.
Back in October of 2021, we were making $14.25/hour and was told in about six months that would increase by $2. I was pretty excited about that.
Well, 6 months later I’m in my performance review and my pay raise comes up. GM tells me there’s a slight change in pay plan as corporate changed how much the store got. What was the change? The whole store, 35 crew members, got $2.80 for their raise. Wait that’s worded wrong. The whole crew of 35 got to SPLIT $2.80 for their raises. In the end, I got one of the “higher” raises with a whopping $.20 (that’s 20 cents, the decimal was meant to be there)
