I gave my 2 weeks notice for the first time in any job today. Within minutes my Supervisor called me and said they had to let me go because I was doing a poor job, but in email work summary I've been doing above average on daily percentage. He claimed they audited my work and I did everything wrong, so they were deciding to let me go, but he stated I could re apply in 6 months to a year because of a issue I specified in my 2 week notice.
I received a separation agreement vía email to sign, but that stated I couldn't work for the company if I signed again.
