2 week notice: Tell the boss why I’m really quitting?

I seriously am considering quitting my current job. For the last couple months, my boss and I have had a very strained and toxic relationship. I made the mistake of associating with someone (in my personal time) that my boss has a personal problem with. The situation degenerated into them screaming at me in my office for 20 minutes and threatening to fire me. It’s gotten to the point where they won’t even speak to me in person. The only communication that I get from them is passive aggressive texts and emails.
I’ve had enough of my boss and their unprofessional behavior. When I quit, should I just put in a short and simple two week notice, or should I list my actual reasons for quitting? I should point out that I’m not the only person who has suffered a similar fate with my boss; it’s definitely a trend. Everyone else who has left in similar situations hasn’t called my boss out on their childish behavior. Could actually citing my boss’s unprofessional behavior in my resignation letter come back to haunt me in the future? I don’t want to jeopardize my future, but I’d really like to get my point across on my way out. Anyone have any advice?
