I gave my 2 weeks notice on Monday and had to email it to my CEO while he was at of the country and my manager was in the office. My CEO entered the US today and said “I didn’t give my two weeks properly and my last day is Thursday”. He said that he was mad that I didn’t tell him I was looking for another job. My mom told me to give him a month notice so they can have me for training another person…good thing I didn’t listen to her.
