Less than 10$/hr for a sales job that advertises itself as a charity organization with salary benefits and full time when it's commission based, and overworking.
Not even guaranteed money. 9+ hour work days, with only 1 fifteen minute lunch break, and i get to take my training home with me unpaid.
I get to harass people coming out of stores for them to donate to this organization that is really just going back into the pockets of the company.
This is bullshit.
Am I in the wrong for just not wanting to show up, block all their numbers, and pretend i never even interviewed with them?
Like this shit should be illegal it feels like. I'm angry and pissed because they aren't upfront about any of their business practice, and they aren't for the community, they are for money. Despite what they say.
It's just wishy washy nonsense to say, we want your money and we are going to have you give it to us, so we can pay people to give us more money.
