I know it isn’t unheard of but I was never made aware I would have a 30 day evaluation. I heard my coworkers talking about a 90 day one but not 30. Plus my boss never mentioned it so obviously I don’t even know what I’m being evaluated on.
I work night shift at my job and none of the admin are there at that time. I haven’t had any feedback on my work this far.
Should I be alarmed nobody told me about an evaluation? My boss texted me saying to come in tomorrow to discuss. I texted him back immediately and asked if I had access to the evaluation on our portal ahead of time? It has been 3 hours and he has yet to reply.
