Since Washington state has no required ratio for CNAs to patients I am left to attempt to handle 33 patients in a skilled nursing environment on my own. Multiple take two people to even move them. The nurse is mad at me for considering quitting and doing a different job when I'm the only one having to provide physical care on the shift. This is why we need change.
