Listen to this itinerary, yes you heard that right, that I was sent an ITINERARY. I arrive at 9:45am and close at 2:30pm.
10:00am – My presentation begins
11:00am – Technical Interview I
12:00pm – Leadership Interview
1:00pm – Technical Interview II
2:00pm – HR Interview
2:30pm – Closing Interview
I don't understand why you feel the need to interview 3 times and then on the fourth, you make me take off a full day (10 to 2:30) is 5hrs. I'm not gonna spew about how I need this job but it's so annoying that this has been ongoing for almost month. They are going to pay way above what I'm making now, but I'm so tired of employers feeling the need to imply so much pressure. Why are we coming to this? Why must I use PTO for a whole day just to be able to interview? Why is this interview so long?
