60-70 Expected Hours a Week to Be Successful

Had an initial interview for a small business banker position with a MAJOR bank. I made it to the second round and at the end of the interview, the interviewer was scheduling my final interview with my “to be” supervisor. The last interview was scheduled, and the interviewer ends the call by saying that the “expectation” to be successful in this role working an average of 60-70 hours per week. Then goes on to tell me my supervisor would require three “daily” check ins per day to see if I'm meeting the assigned goals… Ahhhh…. I scheduled the last interview… Then I thought about my hourly rate at the proposed salary given the “expectations” and it was laughable… No wonder why banks make so much money…. They abuse their “salary” employees…. Since labor laws make it difficult to abuse their hourly employees… I received an email to confirm the next…
