My job just told everyone we are to work 60 hours every other week for the next 3 months. Our off weeks will be 50 hours. The extra 10 is on our day off. They said if we do not come in it'll count as a call off and a point will be given out. 9 points and your out. Mind you they also give you a point for using a sick day and say that it is there to keep track of how many day your not at work. I've been trying to find another job that pays about the same but seem impossible so I have no choice but to stay and deal with it. But my mental state atrocious and I don't know how long I can keep doing this.
