77% of managers will apparently not be meeting hiring quotas

That's not 80% of it, not 99% of it, it's 100.00% of it. The whole god damn pie. I hope every single one of those managers surveyed who mandate their employees head back to the office end up slinging lattes for 80 hours a week at minimum wage as their staff quits in droves.
