8 hrs pay even , required 8:15 on clock

My employer requires 8 15 on the clock . Pay is 8 hours even . Ive been suspended a few times prior for not doing this . They are back on this kick again . Is this legit . I look at it as your not paying me , i aint staying . This is in the US
