9 people have either quit or been fired within the 11 months I’ve been at my job…

This is why I have a strict no work friends only rule & try not to get attached, our latest was a manager I actually liked. I just found out today because on the schedule she was marked as it being her last day, she didn't show up

Turns out, she was pulled aside from our senior manager and told “You should start looking for another job, you can work here until you find one. We expected less mistakes from someone with your years of experience” She must've been pulled aside 2-3 days ago because up until yesterday she was her usual self (no announcement was made either..)

She felt disrespected and why would she work until she gets a new job knowing that the owners are more than likely going to F her over? Another manager like co-worker of ours who she worked closely with was also being stony af with her too. Majority of mistake she made was because our company has shit training and poor communication, you're only as good of a employee as the training you get and if proper communication is in place. They couldn't have had something like a PIP put in place for her? she was here for 1 and a half years, Sept would've been her 2 yr mark.

Feels good knowing that she went out with a F you by confronting the owners about what they said and they apparently backpedaled so hard “We didn't say those things”
