One of the shitty subordinate shift managers at my job is a high strung ego maniacal dude from Dubai who thinks the world revolves around him.
We work at a used car lot. Yesterday I called for him from my office since his is right next to mine (which he often does to me) and he told me to get up and come address him face to face because I was being disrespectful to him… While i was in the middle of trying to close a deal with a customer in my office.
Then, i had to ride with him to pick up a car we had just bought, and the first half of it he was texting the entire time while driving and being extremely reckless, and the second half he was on the phone with his divorce lawyer while I sat there in silence listening to his fucked up life story about why his wife left him and now despises him ( to be fair i can see why she would leave him)
I didn't say anything to him about either instance because i didnt want to hear him bitch, but i feel like I should have told him to step off.
I actually like my job, im just tired of his high strung unpredictable ass manerisms.
