Sorry about it being click-bait-y. But I love that I quit my job, and now the Assistant Manager and the Manager and the Owner have to do more work. You know what would have solved it? If the AM kept to her own business. And if the Manager continued to let me take my breaks together (not just at the start to be nice). And if the Owner told the Manager to let me take my breaks together. Social skills people!! It makes a difference!! No matter how smart or successful you are!!
Coming from a person that has just graduated from a business degree, people can be so stupid sometimes. Like it literally wouldn't have made any negative difference to the company if they let me put my short break with my longer break. I know I am a good worker.
Let this be a lesson to everyone who is not a worker bee in all companies that have staffing/turnover/absenteeism issues. It is your fault. You could have done better. And now you are left with a stinking mess. TREAT YO STAFF BETTER
