I have been working as a document reviewer for a couple of weeks and my team and I are being given feedback on our work every single day. Our feedback is public, meaning that my entire team can read what feedback everyone has been given. Our managers are passive aggressive and condescending with their feedback
I find this so toxic and humiliating and I don’t know if I am overreacting. It’s a remote job so I think they are micro managing. I have been looking for other jobs in the meantime but this is so insane to me.
The system I use also tells my managers how long it takes for me to review and analyse the documents. Every work I submit has an automatic time stamp. I have been asked to review and analyse 190+ documents a day within 8 hours. I can’t take toilet breaks and relax. I am in a constant state of anxiety every morning I log in up until I log out. Oh and this job doesn’t pay well, it’s just above minimum wage
