I am so sick and tired of my company continually saying oh we're going to be doing bonuses and we're giving out bonuses for certain metrics I am a repairman all I care about is repairing a machine I don't care about how long it takes me to get there, how long it takes me to do a job or how many parts I have to put in to make it work If you are telling me that you could pay me a bonus if I do these things a little bit faster than you should pay me more altogether
