FUCK.THAT.BS, I just started a new job this week and one part of the team is genuinely toxic. The guy is an unstable hothead I sometimes literally get scared the way he swings shit around. Tonight he literally DEMANDED me to stay and when I refused he just went “well I am not fucking helping you anymore” like really? Help? You're training me you fuck. I am not taking bullshit and no one should either. Gotta admit this sub had a part in me standing up for myself. If I get fired I get fired.
